زمینه و هدف: اختلال نقص‌توجه/بیش‌فعالی، اختلالی عصبی‌رشدی و از اختلالات شایع‌تر دوران کودکی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اندازهٔ اثر سبک‌های دلبستگی و کارکردهای اجرایی در پیش‌بینی اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی در دانش‌آموزان دورهٔ اول متوسطه انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش این پژوهش تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعهٔ آماری را دانش‌آموزان دورهٔ اول متوسطهٔ شهر خوی و والدین آن‌ها در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۰-۱۳۹۹ تشکیل دادند که از بین آن‌ها به‌صورت خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای در چندین مرحله نمونه‌گیری انجام گرفت. به این ترتیب که ابتدا از بین دبیرستان‌های سطح شهر، به‌طور تصادفی چهار دبیرستان در نظر گرفته شد. از بین کلاس‌های دبیرستان‌های منتخب، پنج کلاس و از هر کلاس، ده نفر به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و نمونهٔ نهایی، دویست دانش‌آموز بود. از مقیاس درجه‌بندی کانرز (فرم کوتاه والدین) (کانرز و همکاران، ۱۹۹۸)، پرسش‌نامهٔ سبک دلبستگی (کـولینز و ریـد، ۱۹۹۰) و پرسش‌نامهٔ عصب‌روان‌شناختی و شخصیت کولیج برای کودکان (کولیج و همکاران، ۲۰۰۲) به‌عنوان ابزارهای پژوهش استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به‌روش همبستگی متعارف و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی چندمتغیره در نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۴ در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۱ صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره نشان داد، سبک دلبستگی ایمن (۰٫۲۲-=Beta و ۰٫۰۰۱>p)، سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی (۰٫۲۰=Beta و ۰٫۰۰۱>p)، سبک دلبستگی دوسوگرا (۰٫۱۷=Beta و ۰٫۰۰۱>p) و نقص در کارکردهای اجرایی (۰٫۲۸=Beta و ۰٫۰۰۱>p) بر اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی اثر داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش نتیجه گرفته می‌شود، سبک دلبستگی ایمن به صورت منفی و سبک‌های دلبستگی دوسوگرا و اجتنابی و نقص در کارکردهای اجرایی به‌صورت مثبت میزان بروز اختلال نقص توجه/بیش‌فعالی را در دانش‌آموزان پیش‌بینی می‌کنند.
