چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای از اختلالات رفتاری بسیار شایع در کودکان است که در سنین پیش‌دبستانی و مدرسه در کودکان بروز می‌کند و نشانه‌های این اختلال بر تعامل کودک و والدین اثر منفی دارد. هدف مطالعهٔ حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی مداخلات رفتاری والدمحور بر کاهش مشکلات کودکان مبتلا به اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای بود.
روش‌بررسی: این پژوهش براساس مدل مرور نظاممند یا سیستماتیک تدوین و اجرا شد. فرایند شناسایی و استخراج مقالات با استفاده از دستورعمل پریزما صورت گرفت. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را تمامی مقالات علمی‌پژوهشی خارجی و داخلی در حوزهٔ مداخلات شناختی‌رفتاری کودک، والد یا خانواده‌محور، مداخلات آموزشی یا مدیریت رفتار والدین و مداخلات ارتباطی در حوزهٔ کودکان با اختلال رفتاری تشکیل دادند. برای انجام این پژوهش از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی داخلی و خارجی شامل پابمد، ساینس دایرکت، وب آو ساینس، گوگل اسکولار، اسکوپوس، مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی، مگیران و علم‌نت براساس کلیدواژه‌های مداخلات رفتاری، مداخلات رفتاری‌شناختی، مدیریت رفتار، تعامل والد-کودک، اختلالات برون‌نمود، اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای و مداخلات خانواده‌محور، والدمحور یا مادرمحور به دو زبان فارسی و انگلیسی استفاده شد که ۹۷ مقاله به‌دست آمد. درنهایت براساس معیارهای ورود، هفده مقالهٔ نهایی برای این مطالعهٔ مروری نظاممند مدنظر قرار گرفت و به‌صورت کامل مرور شد و اطلاعات مدنظر استخراج گردید.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد، پروتکل‌های مداخله‌ای رفتاری، شناختی‌رفتاری، مدیریت رفتار برپایهٔ رفتاردرمانی و تعامل والد-کودک بر کاهش مشکلات رفتاری و بهبود عملکرد رفتاری کودکان دارای اختلال برون‌نمود ازجمله اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای تأثیر دارند.
نتیجه‌گیری: باتوجه به یافته‌های پژوهش نتیجه گرفته می‌شود که در درمان کودکان مبتلا به اختلالات برون‌نمود ازجمله اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای کاربرد ترکیبی مداخلات رفتاری بسیار مؤثر است و کمک بسزایی در کاهش مشکلات رفتاری کودکان می‌کند. نتایج تحقیقات به‌طور روشن تأثیر معنادار مداخلات رفتاری والدمحور را در بهبود رفتار کودکان با اختلال نافرمانی مقابله‌ای نشان می‌دهد.
