چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ارتقای بهزیستی روان‌شناختی افراد جامعه، به‌ویژه نوجوانان و جوانان از اهداف مهم هر کشور است؛ بنابراین، این پژوهش با هدف تدوین مدل بهزیستی روان‌شناختی نوجوانان دارای اضطراب اجتماعی براساس سبک‌های دفاعی، وضعیت هویت ایگو و ارتباط والد-فرزند انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: مطالعهٔ حاضر از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود که در بین همهٔ دانش‌آموزان پسر دورۀ دوم متوسطهٔ شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی ۹۷-۱۳۹۶ انجام شد. نمونۀ آماری، ۲۵۰ دانش‌آموز دارای اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی بود که به‌شیوۀ نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای و نیز هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند. این افراد پرسشنامهٔ سبک‌های دفاعی (اندروز و همکاران، ۱۹۹۳)، مقیاس بهزیستی روان‌شناختی (ریف و کیز، ۱۹۹۵)، پرسشنامهٔ هویت ایگو (کراسکیان، ۱۳۹۵)، مقیاس رابطهٔ والد-فرزند (فاین و همکاران، ۱۹۸۳) و سیاهۀ اضطراب اجتماعی (کانر و همکاران، ۲۰۰۰) را تکمیل کردند. به‌منظور تحلیل اطلاعات توصیفی، نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخۀ ۲۴ و به‌منظور تحلیل مدل معادلات ساختاری، نرم‌افزار AMOS نسخۀ ۲۴ به‌کار رفت.
یافته‌ها: رابطهٔ والد-نوجوان به‌طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی اثر می‌گذارد (۰٫۰۵>p). در مسیر مستقیم، جهت رابطه مثبت است؛ بدین ترتیب با افزایش نمرهٔ رابطۀ والد-نوجوان، نمرۀ بهزیستی روان‌شناختی فرزند نیز افزایش می‌یابد (۰٫۱۶=β، ۰٫۰۵>p). اثر غیرمستقیم شامل دو مسیر بود: در مسیر اول، رابطهٔ والد-نوجوان سبب افزایش مکانیزم‌های دفاعی (۰٫۲۴=β، ۰٫۰۱>p) و مکانیزم‌های دفاعی باعث افزایش هویت می‌شود (۰٫۲۲=β، ۰٫۰۱>p). درنهایت، هویت، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی را کاهش می‌دهد (۰٫۲۹-=β، ۰٫۰۱>p)؛ در مسیر دوم، رابطهٔ والد-نوجوان به‌طور مثبت بر هویت اثر می‌گذارد (۰٫۲۸=β، ۰٫۰۱>p) و افزایش نمرهٔ سبک‌های هویت باعث می‌شود بهزیستی روان‌شناختی کاهش یابد (۰٫۲۹-=β، ۰٫۰۱>p). شاخص‌های برازش مدل اصلاحی، نشان‌دهندهٔ برازش مناسب مدل با داده‌ها است (۰٫۹۸=GFI، ۰٫۹۳=CFI، ۰٫۸۹=AGFI، ۰٫۹۴=IFI، ۰٫۰۷=RMSEA، ۲٫۶۱=CMIN/df).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها بر نقش مهم متغیرهای مکانیزم‌های دفاعی و وضعیت هویت ایگو و ارتباط والد-فرزند در بهزیستی روان‌شناختی نوجوانان دارای اضطراب اجتماعی تأکید دارد؛ بنابرین در طراحی مداخلات روان‌شناختی می‌توان سهم مهمی را برای این متغیرها در نظر گرفت.
