زمینه و هدف: نقش متغیرهای شناختی و هیجانی و پیچیدگی اعمال اثر این متغیرها در بافت مصرف مواد و به‌ویژه ولع مصرف اهمیت دارد؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر، مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری میزان ولع مصرف مواد مخدر در معتادان تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون براساس باورهای غیرمنطقی، تنظیم هیجانی و همجوشی شناختی بود.
روش‌بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع همبستگی و براساس معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعهٔ مطالعه‌شده را افراد مبتلا به اعتیاد تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون در مراکز درمان سرپایی زیر نظر بهزیستی منطقهٔ چهارده شهر تهران تشکیل دادند که در بازهٔ زمانی اجرای پژوهش به این مراکز مراجعه کردند. برای نمونه‌گیری در ابتدا هفت مرکز به‌شکل تصادفی در نظر گرفته شد. سپس از هر مرکز ۲۵ نفر از افراد دارای ملاک‌های ورود به پژوهش، به‌شکل هدفمند انتخاب شدند. متناسب با تعداد پارامترها، حجم نمونه نُه‌برابر تعداد پارامتر (۳۱ پارامتر) یعنی معادل ۲۷۹ نفر برآورد شد؛ اما ۲۱ پرسش‌نامه به‌علت ناکامل‌بودن کنار گذاشته شد و درمجموع ۲۵۸ نفر مطالعه شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامۀ وسوسۀ موادمخدر (صالحی فدردی و برعرفان، ۱۳۸۸)، پرسش‌نامهٔ تنظیم شناختی هیجان (گارنفسکی و همکاران، ۲۰۰۱)، پرسش‌نامهٔ باورهای غیرمنطقی (جونز، ۱۹۶۸) و پرسش‌نامهٔ همجوشی شناختی (گیلاندرز و همکاران، ۲۰۱۴) بود. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۴ و AMOS نسخهٔ ۲۴ در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها، برازش مدل مفهومی را با داده‌های گردآوری‌شده نشان داد (۱٫۹۳=X2/df و ۰٫۹۳۲=CFI و ۰٫۹۰۲=GFI و ۰٫۸۶۹=AGFI و ۰٫۰۶۰=RMSEA). اثر غیرمستقیم راهبردهای غیرانطباقی (۰٫۰۰۱=p، ۰٫۱۳۶=β) و راهبردهای انطباقی بر ولع مصرف (۰٫۰۱۴=p، ۰٫۰۷۰-=β) معنادار بود. اثر غیرمستقیم باورهای غیرمنطقی بر ولع مصرف معنادار به‌دست آمد (۰٫۰۰۱=p، ۰٫۱۲۰=β).
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر نتیجه گرفته می‌شود، باورهای غیرمنطقی و راهبردهای تنظیم هیجان ازطریق همجوشی شناختی، ولع افراد تحت درمان نگهدارنده با متادون را تحت‌تأثیر قرار می‌دهند.
