زمینه و هدف: تخمین زده می‌شود که اضطراب ناراحت‌کننده بر حدود ۲۰درصد از کودکان و نوجوانان تأثیر می‌گذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی نسخهٔ دوم مقیاس چندبُعدی اضطراب کودکان (فُرم دانش‌آموز) در دانش‌آموزان ایرانی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: این مطالعه، پژوهشی روان‌سنجی بود. جامعهٔ آماری را همهٔ دانش‌آموزان ۹تا۱۸سالهٔ مناطق دو، چهار، هفت و دوازده شهر تهران تشکیل دادند. از میان آن‌ها تعداد ۵۱۵ نفر (۲۷۰ دختر و ۲۴۵ پسر) با روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس بهعنوان افراد نمونه انتخاب شدند و نسخهٔ دوم مقیاس چندبُعدی اضطراب کودکان (مارچ، ۲۰۱۳) را پاسخ دادند. به‌منظور بررسی روایی سازه از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی به‌کمک نرم‌افزار LISREL نسخۀ ۸٫۸ و همسانی درونی به‌شیوهٔ ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به‌کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۴ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی تأییدی نشان داد، پنجاه گویهٔ مقیاس هشت عامل اجتناب از آسیب، تنش و بی‌قراری، پانیک، وسواس، ترس‌های عملکردی، تمسخر و طرد، اضطراب فراگیر و اضطراب جدایی را به‌خوبی اندازه‌گیری کردند. شاخص‌های برازش ۲٫۹۷=X2/df، ۰٫۰۶۲=RMSEA، ۰٫۹۳=CFI و ۰٫۹۲=GFI به‌دست آمد. ضریب آلفای کرونباخ عامل‌های اجتناب از آسیب=۰٫۷۹۶، تنش و بی‌قراری=۰٫۸۳۶، پانیک=۰٫۸۱۱، وسواس فکری‌عملی=۰٫۸۳۷، ترس‌های عملکردی=۰٫۷۹۴، تمسخر و طرد=۰٫۷۷۶، اضطراب فراگیر=۰٫۷۰۱ و اضطراب جدایی=۰٫۷۶۱بود. همچنین ضریب پایایی کلی مقیاس با روش آلفای کرونباخ ۰٫۸۹۰ به‌دست آمد.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های این مطالعه نتیجه گرفته می‌شود، مقیاس چندبُعدی اضطراب کودکان (فُرم دانش‌آموز) (MASC-2) در دانش‌آموزان ایرانی از روایی و پایایی مناسبی برخوردار است و می‌توان آن را بهعنوان ابزاری مناسب در موقعیت‌های بالینی و پژوهشی در تشخیص اضطراب افراد ۹تا۱۸ سال به‌کار برد.
