چکیده
زمینه و هدف: والدین نخستین مربیان و الگوی فرزندان هستند؛ ازاین‌رو توجه به نهاد خانواده دارای اهمیت است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف طراحی و ارزیابی اثربخشی مداخلهٔ روان‌شناختی خانواده‌محور بر تقویت جاذبه‌های زوجیت در والدین، نشاط معنوی، عملکرد تحصیلی و نگرش به ازدواج در فرزندان دختر انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش، نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و پیگیری همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری را تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر و والدین آن‌ها (پدر و مادر هر دو) در پایه‌های دهم و یازدهم و دوازدهم در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۱-۱۴۰۰ تشکیل دادند. شصت دانش‌آموز واجد شرایط از پنج مدرسه در مناطق یک، دو، پنج، نُه و هجده شهر تهران، به‌روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی وارد مطالعه شدند. در گروه آزمایش به والدین (پدر و مادر هر دو) سی نفر از دانش‌آموزان برنامهٔ روان‌شناختی خانواده‌محور آموزش داده شد. والدین سی نفر دیگر در گروه گواه آموزشی دریافت نکردند. ابزارهای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مقیاس رضایتمندی زوجیت افروز (افروز، ۱۳۸۹)، مقیاس نشاط معنوی افروز (افروز، ۱۳۹۵)، مقیاس عملکرد تحصیلی فام و تیلور (فام و تیلور، ۱۹۹۹) و مقیاس نگرش به ازدواج روزن و براتن (براتن و روزن، ۱۹۹۸) بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی با سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج، در گروه آزمایش تأثیر مداخله بر نمرات رضامندی زوجیت والدین، نگرش به ازدواج، نشاط معنوی و عملکرد تحصیلی فرزندان معنادار بود (۰٫۰۰۱>p). در گروه آزمایش، بین مراحل پیش‌آزمون با پس‌آزمون و پیگیری در متغیرهای مذکور تفاوت معنادار مشاهده شد (۰٫۰۰۱>p). همچنین بین مراحل پس‌آزمون و پیگیری تفاوت معنادار وجود نداشت که حاکی‌از ماندگاری مداخله در مرحلهٔ پیگیری بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های مطالعه، آموزش برنامهٔ روان‌شناختی خانواده‌محور بر بهبود رضامندی زوجیت والدین، عملکرد تحصیلی، نشاط معنوی و نگرش فرزندان به ازدواج مؤثر است.
