چکیده
زمینه و هدف: فضاهای درمانی اغلب محیط‌هایی استرس‌زا هستند. این درحالی است که استرس نه‌تنها در روند درمان بیمار تأثیر زیادی می‌گذارد، بلکه در میزان مصرف مسکن، افسردگی و طول بستری نیز اثر دارد. همچنین استرس محیط‌های درمانی علاوه‌بر بیمار بر کادر درمان و همراهان تأثیر منفی می‌گذارد. پژوهش حاضر بر زمینهٔ معماری تمرکز داشت. به‌علاوه از نظریه‌های بسیار پرکاربرد در رابطه با کاهش استرس فضاهای درمانی نظریهٔ طراحی حمایتی اولریش است که می‌توان از آن بهره برد؛ لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر، تبیین مؤلفه‌های معماری فضاهای شفابخش در کاربری درمانی برای کاهش استرس بود.
روش‌بررسی: به‌منظور دستیابی به این هدف ابتدا، روش مرور سیستماتیک به‌کار رفت و از ادبیات و مبانی موجود، مؤلفه‌های معماری استخراج شد. سپس برطبق روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی و براساس راهبرد استدلال منطقی، این مؤلفه‌ها با نظریهٔ اولریش انطباق یافت و راهکار طراحی ارائه شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد، مؤلفه‌های معماری فضاهای شفابخش همچون نور، صدا، هوا، رنگ، هنر، مبلمان و طبیعت‌گرایی در کاهش استرس مؤثر است و با سه اصل نظریهٔ طراحی حمایتی اولریش انطباق دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: این موضوع بیانگر تأثیر زیاد معماری بر روند درمان و کاهش استرس بیمار در فضاهای درمانی است و معماران با بهره‌گیری از مبانی طراحی فضاهای شفابخش، می‌توانند فضاهایی به‌مثابهٔ درمان طراحی کنند.
