چکیده
زمینه و هدف: انتخاب روش درمانی مؤثر در بهبود کارکردهای خانواده همواره مدنظر خانواده‌درمانگران بوده است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان بافت‌نگر انصافمحور بر تاب‌آوری خانواده و شادکامی زناشویی زوجین متعارض انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و پیگیری سه‌ماهه همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری را زوجین متعارضی تشکیل دادند که در سال ۱۴۰۲ به مراکز مشاورهٔ زندگی شاد و مبین شهر تبریز مراجعه کردند. از این جامعه ۳۲ نفر داوطلب واجد شرایط به‌روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار‌های استفاده‌شده در پژوهش مقیاس تاب‌آوری خانواده (سیکبی، ۲۰۰۵) و پرسش‌نامهٔ شادکامی زناشویی (آزرین و همکاران، ۱۹۷۳) بود. گروه آزمایش درمان بافت‌نگر انصافمحور را طی ده جلسه، هفته‌ای یک‌بار دریافت کرد. تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش بااستفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ به‌کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۶ صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: اثر زمان و اثر گروه و اثر متقابل زمان و گروه بر نمرات متغیرهای تاب‌آوری خانواده و شادکامی زناشویی معنادار بود (۰٫۰۰۱>p). در گروه آزمایش، تفاوتی معنادار بین نمرات متغیرهای تاب‌آوری خانواده و شادکامی زناشویی در مراحل پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون و نیز پیش‌آزمون و پیگیری وجود داشت (۰٫۰۰۱=p)؛ درحالی‌که در متغیرهای مذکور تفاوت معناداری بین پس‌آزمون و پیگیری مشاهده نشد (۰٫۰۵<p).
نتیجه‌گیری: درمان بافت‌نگر انصافمحور، تاب‌آوری خانواده و شادکامی زناشویی را در زوجین متعارض افزایش می‌دهد؛ ازاین‌رو توصیه می‌شود، مشاوران و زوج‌درمانگران از درمان مذکور برای بهبود تاب‌آوری خانواده و شادکامی زناشویی استفاده کنند.
