چکیده
زمینه و هدف: نوجوانان دختر اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی شیمیایی مشکلات زیادی در خودافشایی هیجانی و خودکارآمدی اجتماعی دارند؛ براین‌اساس پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسهٔ اثربخشی درمان شناختی‌رفتاری با آموزش خودتعیین‌گری بر خودافشایی هیجانی و خودکارآمدی اجتماعی در نوجوانان دختر اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی شیمیایی انجام شد.
روش‌بررسی: پژوهش حاضر نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعهٔ آماری را تمامی دختران نوجوان اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی شیمیایی تشکیل دادند که در سال ۱۴۰۳ در اورژانس مسمومیت مرکز آموزشی‌درمانی شهدای عشایر شهر خرم‌آباد بستری بودند. با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، ۴۵ نفر از افراد داوطلب و واجد شرایط وارد مطالعه شدند. این افراد به‌طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه قرار گرفتند. افراد گروه آزمایش اول درمان شناختی‌رفتاری (فری، ۱۹۹۹) و افراد گروه آزمایش دوم بستهٔ آموزشی گام‌هایی برای خودتعیین‌گری (فیلد و هافمن، ۱۹۹۴) را دریافت کردند. آزمودنی‌ها در سه گروه در ابتدای پژوهش پرسش‌نامهٔ خودکارآمدی اجتماعی (اسمیت و بتز، ۲۰۰۰) و مقیاس خودافشایی هیجانی (اسنل و همکاران، ۱۹۸۸) را پاسخ دادند. پس از پایان مداخلات، مجدد گروه‌ها هردو پرسش‌نامه را تکمیل کردند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، تحلیل کوواریانس تک‌متغیره و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی به‌کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۸ به‌کار رفت. داده‌ها در سطح معناداری ۰٫۰۵ تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، درمان شناختی‌رفتاری و آموزش خودتعیین‌گری هردو بر افزایش خودافشایی هیجانی (۰٫۰۰۱>p) و خودکارآمدی اجتماعی (۰٫۰۰۱>p) نوجوانان دختر اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی شیمیایی دارای تأثیر معناداری بود؛ همچنین درمان شناختی‌رفتاری تأثیر بیشتری بر افزایش خودافشایی هیجانی داشت (۰٫۰۱۷=p) و آموزش خودتعیین‌گری بر افزایش خودکارآمدی اجتماعی مؤثرتر بود (۰٫۰۱۰=p).
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، درمان شناختی‌رفتاری بر افزایش خودافشایی هیجانی نوجوانان دختر اقدام‌کننده به خودکشی شیمیایی و آموزش خودتعیین‌گری بر ارتقای خودکارآمدی اجتماعی این نوجوانان اثربخش‌تر و مفیدتر است.
