چکیده
زمینه و هدف: روابط زناشویی نقش مهمی در سلامت روان افراد و استحکام خانواده ایفا میکند؛ اما تعارضات حلنشده میتواند به سرخوردگی و کاهش خرسندی زناشویی منجر شود. پژوهش حاضر باهدف مقایسهٔ اثربخشی زوجدرمانی پارادوکسی و طرحوارهدرمانی بر سرخوردگی و خرسندی زناشویی در زوجها انجام شد.
روشبررسی: روش پژوهش نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون همراه با گروه گواه و پیگیری یکماهه بود. جامعهٔ آماری را تمامی زوجهای مراجعهکننده به مرکز مشاورهٔ نارون شهر تهران در سال ۱۴۰۳ تشکیل دادند. ازاینبین ۲۱ زوج داوطلب واجد شرایط با روش نمونهگیری دردسترس وارد مطالعه شدند و بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (زوجدرمانی پارادوکسی و طرحوارهدرمانی) و یک گروه گواه (هر گروه هفت زوج) قرار گرفتند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از مقیاس سرخوردگی زناشویی (کایزر، ۱۹۹۳) و مقیاس خرسندی زناشویی (آزرین و همکارن، ۱۹۷۳) استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها بهکمک روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در نرمافزار SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۵ صورت گرفت. سطح معناداری آزمونهای آماری ۰٫۰۵ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد، اثر زمان و اثر گروه و اثر متقابل زمان و گروه بر متغیرهای سرخوردگی زناشویی و خرسندی زناشویی معنادار بود (۰٫۰۰۱>p). زوجدرمانی پارادوکسی و طرحوارهدرمانی بر کاهش سرخوردگی زناشویی و افزایش خرسندی زناشویی زوجها تأثیر معنادار داشت (۰٫۰۰۱>p). همچنین بین دو روش مداخله در تأثیرگذاری بر متغیرها تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (۰٫۰۵<p).
نتیجهگیری: نتایج این مطالعه مشخص کرد، میتوان از زوجدرمانی پارادوکسی و طرحوارهدرمانی برای کاهش سرخوردگی و افزایش خرسندی زناشویی در زوجها استفاده کرد.
