زمینه و هدف: بسیاری از مراقبان بیماران گاهی در ارتباط با سلامتی خود، اضطراب را تجربه کنند. عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌ای مهم برای اضطراب و سلامت روان است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ارائۀ الگوی ساختاری رابطهٔ بین عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی با نشانگان سلامت روان با میانجیگری اضطراب سلامت در مراقبان زن بیماران مبتلا به آلزایمر بود.
روش‌بررسی: روش پژوهش تحلیلی‌همبستگی بود. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش را تمام مراقبان زن بیماران مبتلا به آلزایمر مراجعه‌کننده به انجمن بیماران آلزایمر شهر تهران در سال ۱۳۹۹ تشکیل دادند. از میان آن‌ها ۳۲۰ نفر به‌صورت داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از سیاههٔ تجدیدنظرشدهٔ نشانه‌های اختلالات روانی (دروگاتیس و همکاران، ۱۹۷۶) و مقیاس تحمل بلاتکلیفی-نسخهٔ دوم (مک‌لاین، ۲۰۰۹) و پرسش‌نامهٔ اضطراب سلامت (سالکووسکیس و همکاران، ۲۰۰۲) صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای SPSS نسخهٔ ۲۴ و AMOS نسخهٔ ۲۴ در سطح معناداری برابر با ۰٫۰۵ استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، مدل مفروض با داده‌های گردآوری‌شده برازش داشت (۷۰٫۶۳=X2 و ۱٫۹۱=X2/df و ۰٫۹۷۵=CFI و ۰٫۹۴۳=GFI و ۰٫۸۹۸=AGFI و ۰٫۰۶۷=RMSEA)؛ همچنین ضریب مسیر مستقیم بین عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی با سلامت روان (۰٫۰۰۱=p، ۰٫۲۵۰=β) و ضریب مسیر مستقیم بین اضطراب سلامت با سلامت روان (۰٫۰۱۹=p، ۰٫۱۳۶=β) و ضریب مسیر مستقیم بین عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی با اضطراب سلامت (۰٫۰۰۱=p، ۰٫۲۴۱=β) مثبت و معنادار بود؛ به‌علاوه ضریب مسیر غیرمستقیم بین عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی با سلامت روان مثبت و معنادار بود (۰٫۰۴۳=p، ۰٫۰۳۲=β).
نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته‌های این پژوهش، اضطراب سلامت، رابطهٔ بین عدم تحمل بلاتکلیفی را با سلامت روان در مراقبان بیماران مبتلا به آلزایمر میانجیگری می‌کند.
