Religious teachings create a positive attitude towards the world in a person and help him face unfortunate events in life, such as loss or illness; Religion gives meaning to a person's life. Having meaning and purpose in life indicates mental health and increases a person's ability to do things; Religious people adapt more easily to traumatic life events that are not acceptable. Religion creates hope, and hope creates motivation and energy in a person, which makes him hope for a better life. Religious people feel more free than others. Group Islamic integrative psychotherapy leads to increased psychological control in religious people, such that praying becomes a sense of indirect control over seemingly unchangeable and unfortunate circumstances. Religious people follow the examples of religious figures who have suffered a lot, and this increases tolerance and acceptance of unchangeable and unfortunate situations. Religious people use a certain decision-making model. This pattern leads a person to increase beneficial decisions for himself and others and reduce destructive ones. This will reduce the stress of life to some extent. Religion is the only source of answers to ultimate questions, especially in ultimate cases where science is unable to help one. The present study showed that group Islamic integrated psychotherapy has a significant effect on the job satisfaction of male police personnel, and Islamic group integrative psychotherapy can be used as a treatment along with other effective treatment methods to improve the psychological problems of police personnel.
